Our mission is to solve big problems by pursuing crazy ideas with relentless determination. As a company, as a team, and as individuals, we are deeply committed to the following tenants:
It's not enough for a product to work; it has to work really well. We strive for elegance and end-user simplicity supported by rigorous, fast, rock solid code.
Being bold and taking risks
We don't just want to solve easy problems, and we don't want to take the path of least resistance. Sometimes effecting meaningful change requires pushing harder, stepping outside our comfort zones, and risking failure.
True north is a metaphor for staying true to more than our desire to build great products and return wealth to our investors. We must also adhere to a set of values and business ethics. We should always be doing work and making choices that we'd be proud to share with our families.
Crossdeck is a company made up of individuals who believe in our mission and are uniquely capable of delivering it. We are engineers, consultants, technologists, and veterans who uniquely understand the everyday workflow challenges faced by our warfighters and other distributed workforces.
Our unique culture blends next generation technology development with a patriotic mission to improve the way our armed forces accomplishes the everyday tasks that comprise the vast majority of their day, helping to improve readiness, communication, and overall effectiveness.
Crossdeck is fortunate to be advised by a number of seasoned veterans of the tech industry as well as the military. They provide the company with advice, access, and support in the design and positioning of our product, as well as increased access to key decision makers throughout the Department of Defense.
